Injection-Molded Polycarbonate Composite Shell Construction. I-beam chin-bar sculpture. Unique CAD generated shell sculpture for improved fit and increased helmet stability. Flow-Through "ACVS" Advanced Channeling Ventilation System. 2 forehead intake vents and a large integrated rear exhaust spoiler are combined with sculptured air channels to allow the entire helmet to act as a full venturi system. Fresh air is channeled at high velocity through this system which draws heat and humidity up and out of the shell through 4 internal exhaust channels. Removable/Washable Bioceramic Nylex Interior Liner. Easy to remove liner and cheek pads for cleaning and air drying. Biocermic Nylex liner and cheek pads feature ceramic cell technology to reduce odor-causing bacterial build-up. Sculptured wrap-around neck roll reduces wind noise. Padded chin strap design. Aerodynamic, Maximum Visibility Visor Design. Aerodynamic visor design also acts as a "ram air", forcing fresh air into the forward intake vents. Maximum visibility, 3-screw vior system, featuring machined aluminum visor side screws, allow for extra secure rider adjustability. Large Eye Port Design.
