Description

The POWERNOW PLUS works by controlling the air stream after the slide. In a stock carburetor, at lower throttle openings (idle to 1/2 open), the air expands or “breaks” into the larger area quickly as it passes through the carburetor, and is uncontrolled, not achieving maximum productivity. By reducing the area in front of the slide via the trademarked POWER NOW PLUS, slicing this air into two smaller masses, the air does not break as far, and cannot spin, it is forced to move forward filling the cylinder in the shortest time and making the most power at lower throttle openings.
